1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tagmer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tagmer provides a software-as-a-service platform designed for event badge generation and management. Our services allow users to upload participant information to create, customize, and print badges for events.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Reseller Relationship

Our order process is conducted by our online third party reseller. The third party is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Our third party reseller handles all customer service inquiries and returns. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a subscription and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.

5. Responsible Data Collection and Participant Information

As a user of Tagmer, you may upload information regarding your event assistants and participants. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary legal consents from these individuals to process their data. You agree to collect only the minimum information necessary for your event badge requirements.

6. Prohibition of Sensitive Data

You are strictly prohibited from using Tagmer to collect, store, or process sensitive personal data. This includes, but is not limited to, Social Security numbers, government IDs, health or medical information, financial account numbers, or sensitive demographic data. Tagmer is not intended for the storage of regulated sensitive information, and we disclaim all liability for any such data uploaded to our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tagmer, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
