Tagmer ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Tagmer SaaS platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you. This includes Personal Data such as your email address, name, and usage data collected through cookies and tracking technologies.
Tagmer processes information about your event participants and assistants that you collect through the platform or upload, such as names and job titles. We act as a Data Processor for this information. You, the user, act as the Data Controller. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not collect sensitive information and that you have the right to provide this data to us.
We advocate for data minimization. Please do not collect or upload sensitive data from your participants. Only collect the necessary information needed for your event. We do not knowingly store or process medical, financial, or government-issued identification data of event participants.
We use a third party as the Merchant of Record and payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Your payment information is provided directly to our processor, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. We may also share your data with hosting providers and analytics services necessary to operate the platform.
Our refund process is managed in coordination with our third party reseller, Tagmer offers a 7-day free trial to allow users to evaluate the service before being charged. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being billed. Once a paid billing cycle has commenced, refunds are generally not provided except in cases of verified technical errors or duplicate billing. All refund requests should be directed to support@tagmer.com or third party Buyer Support.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
For users in the United States, we comply with relevant state privacy laws. You have the right to request access to your data, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Note that Tagmer does not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date at the top of this policy.
